Are you considering a Hysterectomy or Ablation? Removing organs or cauterizing the uterine lining so it can’t bleed definitely is the medical approach to just stop the symptoms with no concern about the after effects.

Let’s think about this. How do these procedures affect the body and its strong internal, innate drive to keep the body balanced and functioning properly? These procedures don’t stop that drive. The body will keep trying to cycle and keep trying to build up the uterine lining as it was designed.

Heavy bleeding, fibroids, and endometriosis are the most common reasons for hysterectomy or ablation. The underlying cause of these conditions has not been corrected with any kind of surgical procedure. This is a significant hormone imbalance that will remain unbalanced until it is corrected. By adding the additional stress of surgery to the body, signs and symptoms of the hormone imbalance will change.

Our reproductive hormones are an integral part of the Endocrine System. They do way more than just allow us to reproduce. They are part of our energy system, blood sugar handling system, and immune system. The next set of symptoms could include thyroid issues, blood sugar issues, autoimmune disorders, etc. Of course, this is never explained to you before you make a decision to have a hysterectomy or ablation, and it isn’t the reason given when you start to develop other symptoms.

Our bodies are designed to be healthy, not to fall apart at age 35. There is a strong internal, innate drive to keep our body balanced. Proper testing through saliva and hair analysis will reveal where these imbalances are. They are then fixable with a nutritional protocol including whole food supplements, herbs and bioidentical hormones, when needed. Once we give the body what it needs to heal and function properly, the body will heal itself. It’s a given!

Hormones are powerful little things that affect every part of our body from emotions to organ function to muscle aches and pains.

Well, summer is almost over – and yet many women will keep their own personal summer throughout the winter months. Not always a positive thing! Don’t you hate it when things are just out of your control and you can’t fix it? Give us anything from a leaky faucet to a scratched elbow and – bam, it’s fixed and on to the next thing. But all too often our moods are just too hard to shake. Just feel like curling up on the couch and watch movies all day long? Dreading the time when the kids come home from school and your husband is back from work, because now the demands start. Stuff didn’t used to bother so much. The kids bickering, picking up after hubby, were all just a part of life, but now it’s about to drive you crazy. Or, what happened to the me who used to laugh and enjoyed being around people? Where did she run off to? Can you sometimes feel that big chip on the shoulder – so easily agitated?

But there is hope! All these mood swings, depression, anxiety are most likely caused from hormone imbalance. Hormones are powerful little things that affect every part of our body from emotions to organ function to muscle aches and pains. And because our body has such an incredible driving force to be in balance, it oftentimes is a quick and easy fix. Our program will test you appropriately to find the imbalances and then correct them with natural whole food supplements and herbs.

Put a smile on your beautiful face and love life again.

Yours in Health,

"It's no longer about the birds and the bees. It's about stopping to smell the roses."

Chances are, if you are going through menopause (or some other hormonal change), you’re wearing layers just to appease your body in all environments – the office, the car, church, home – where at any given moment your internal thermostat can go from 98.6 degrees to 103 degrees in 6 seconds flat. Sound familiar?

Now, if you’re saying to yourself, “It’s just hormonal,” then you’re absolutely positively CORRECT. But, if you’re also wishing to yourself for the hotflashes, nightsweats, irritability, sensitivity, restlessness, anxiety… and don’t forget about that healthy libido… to begin to regulate – read on!!

Menopause is a perfectly natural phase in a woman’s life. We come to a moment in time where our child bearing years come to an end. Cheers! To new beginnings! There’s so much to look forward to in your second half of life! It DOES NOT have to be these uncomfortable, unbearable, irritating series of hot flashes that defines the rest of our lives!

Reality check. Get your hormones in check! We need to have “the talk.” It’s no longer about the birds and the bees. It’s about stopping to smell the roses. Call me today to discuss what’s happening to your body. I can help. It’s your responsibility to take the first step. It’s my responsibility to help you take the second step – into the second half of life!

You HAVE arrived.

We each have a legacy to leave behind. Let's take a balanced approach in building that positive story - one lovely hormone at a time! There's no time like the present. Call me today and I will personally see how I can help your story.

Balancing female hormones has become more than my passion, it’s become my mission! As a chiropractor for over 25 years, alternative medical practice has been the focus of my career. As I grow older, I reflect back on my life and the life of the women around me. Having listened to the experiences of other women, I began to notice more than ever the need for women to find balance in their lives.

Sure, we can manage our time better. Sure! We can put ourselves first. And, sure. We could try to be more rational when solving emotional (irrational) problems. But, these are all outside forces which are causing stress – on our adrenals, our minds, our hearts, our skin, our libido… What if, just WHAT IF, we began to try to solve from the inside out?

My job is to get women healthy. Balanced. Whether a woman is struggling with infertility or hot flashes, depression and/or anxiety, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), moodiness, weight gain, thyroid issues, fibromyalgia and on and on… chances are: The underlying cause is hormone imbalance.

Modern day medicine is amazing. It really is – life saving innovations have come so far, even in the last century. But, let’s face it. The biggest issue facing our health care system is that the hospitals are treating the symptoms, not the underlying cause.

So, I’m here to tell you that not only do we need to find a balance in our lives and our bodies, but we have to find a gentle partnership between alternative approaches to medicine and the health care system. Simply put, we’re going to have to take some steps on our own – make some lifestyle changes – in order to find a completeness of self – mind, body and spirit.

We each have a legacy to leave behind. Let’s take a balanced approach in building that positive story – one lovely hormone at a time! There’s no time like the present. Call me today and I will personally see how I can help your story.
