What can I do to keep my hormones balanced?

February 11th, 2009

Stress is probably the number one priority.  Our bodies were designed to handle stress – and then take a nap!!  We tend to push ourselves every day, month after month, year after year.  Eventually it takes a toll and we pay for it with our health.  Learn how to manage your stress levels.  A great website is www.heartmath.com.  It will teach you how to manage your stress levels, and to relax.

Learn to take some time for yourself by locking yourself in the bathroom to take a bath, find a corner and a good book, go for a walk, have a weekly Girl’s Night, etc.  Before you go to bed each night, de-stress with breathing exercises, meditation or yoga.  Know what you can change and what you can’t!!  Worry is wasted energy and will exhaust your adrenals.  95% of what you worry about you have no control over so “Let Go and Let God”.

Eat enough protein.  Start your day with 30-40 grams of protein in a shake.  Eat protein with every meal, and if you have a blood sugar issue, also eat a protein snack between meals.  Good fats are also important and keep blood sugar level.

Exercise.  Need I say more?  It is also a great stress reducer!!

Test your hormone balance and mineral levels regularly to be sure your body stays in balance.  A balanced body is a healthy body.  You will feel great, look great and live a longer, healthier life!!

Female Hormone Balancedr m

Female hormone balance has become more than our passion, it's our mission! Having listened to the experiences of so many women who have struggled with hormone imbalance symptoms, we realize and appreciate the need for women to find balance in their lives.

We Can Help You

Testing is crucial to determine the actual hormone levels of each individual woman. We do saliva testing for actual hormone levels, including pituitary hormones along with hair analysis for mineral levels to determine cellular function of the adrenal glands, thyroid gland, blood sugar handling, digestion, and many other health issues. These tests are easy to do from the convenience of your own home.

We live in a fiercely driven, self-regulating, self-regenerating body.  Our body is designed to be well.  Wellness is our natural state – disease is the anomaly.   By addressing the entire endocrine system, we are able to regain normal body balance for a long-term correction. This balance is acheived through the use of whole food supplements, herbs, and bioidentical hormones.  Every nutritional protocol is designed specifically for each woman according to her needs.  We do not use pre-formulated supplements to give generically to all women based on symptoms. Every woman’s needs are unique. Let’s work together to bring your life back to health!

This is an Internet-based program serving women all over the United States. We are sorry but we are unable to provide service to anyone outside the United States.
